How do I make a reservation?
Go to the instant quote page and simply follow the prompts. You will then have to read and agree with our terms and conditions and tick the checkbox. Then submit your quote by clicking on the red box (Submit Quote).Cheap car rental rates + no-fuss routine
After you have decided to make your booking (online or by phone) we will reserve a particular hire car for you at the affordable, budget rate you choose. Your credit card will not be debited until you collect your hire car from our office.When you arrive at Brisbane airport, simply collect your luggage and call us direct on 07 3868 1500 all hours. We will promptly dispatch our customer service mini-bus (which is clearly branded Roadway Rent A Car) to collect you. After-hours pick up and car hire can be arranged at a minimal additional fee.
It will take only a few minutes to complete the paperwork and hand you the keys to your rental car. If you are paying by credit card, we only need to register your card details. If you are not paying by credit card, a cash or EFTPOS payment is required.
Our team will familiarise you with your hire car and offer travel tips about the routes you are planning to take in your hire car.
